The Green Kitchen Standard from the Soil Association and Carbon Trust Certification provides best practice guidelines in food provenance and environmental management in a catering operation.

Launched in May 2017, this certification evaluates energy, waste and water efficiencies to ensure that catering businesses are supported to improve their environmental performance.
